A skilled, motivated and trained teacher can provide better Human Resource to the society. Teachers’ training is an important area in the field of education for this purpose FEF Academy, established in 2003, is serving dedicatedly. This was stated by Professor Dr. Himayat Ullah Khan, Chairman BISE Abbotabad, in the opening ceremony of 67th FEFA training course which is being organized from May 05 to 25, 2010, at FEFA Abbotabad campus BISE Abbotabad. The Chairman BISE told that he himself received training from this Academy in the field of management and now serving with better management skills. The 21 days’ course titled as professional course for staff development (PCSD), is being attended by 23 male Lecturers and Assistant Professors.

The course will help the participants of Govt. Colleges to enhance their professional capability. Different Resource Persons from Peshawar, Abbotabad, Haripur and Islamabad will improve trainees’ skills according to their professional requirements in different professional aspects.

Mr. Iftikhar-ul-mulk, Director FEFA presented the welcome note. Professor Rasheeda Khatoon Principal Govt. Girls Degree College No. 1 Abbotabad also spoke on the occasion. She lauded the efforts of the Academy and appreciated the standard of training. She urged upon the trainees to get maximum benefit from the Recourse Person.
